Add file permission entries for new recovery-related executables and grub configuration:
- /usr/local/bin/fws-recovery-session
- /usr/local/bin/fws-recovery-gui
- /etc/grub.d/42_fws-recovery

All entries set to 0:0:755 (root owner, executable).
